Three stages, from request to booking confirmed

Approving a request never books the date. The quote has to be agreed, and the required deposit has to be verified — only then is the booking confirmed and the date held for every confirmed participant.

    Request approved — awaiting quote agreement

    The professional reviews the event details and replies whether they are available. This is not a booking, and the date is not held.

    Quote agreed — awaiting deposit

    Both sides agree the same itemized quote version, then the required deposit is paid. An agreed quote never changes when prices change later.
